Jennifer Lopez and Emme Muñiz have a close relationship. Every time the two are out together, photographers manage to capture their playful and close dynamic in the most unexpected moments. Earlier this week, the two were spotted carrying out some errands as they held hands, swinging them back and forth as they walked.
Lopez and Emme were spotted showcasing their strong and distinct fashion styles. Lopez opted for a tweed blazer, a preppy look that she's been leaning towards over the past year. She paired the item with a blue button-up, wide-legged denim jeans, and a brown belt.
She completed the fit with her preferred brown sunglasses and her hair styled loose and straight.
Emme wore a grey t-shirt with baggy jeans and a chunky belt. They completed the look with some Converse sneakers and their hair styled short and curly.
How Lopez is preparing for her kids' move to college
Lopez is preparing for a big change in her life. In May of this year, her kids Max and Emme will be graduating from high school, a moment that's deeply affective for any parent.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, she shared how excited she is for their growth as young adults and all of the exciting things they'll get to do in their future. "I feel really good about it," she said.
"I'm like, I can't believe that we've gotten here, you know, just the three of us. It's, you know, been a journey for all three of us through this life [because] I was a single mom since they were 3 years old."
Lopez alluded to her relationships and the people who have been a part of her family life, yet made it clear that the heart of their family lies in the dynamic between the three of them. "People have come in and out of my life, but it really has just been the three of us," she said.
"And to see how they're kind of like thriving right now, and the adults, like young adults that they're growing into, and they're so ready for their life. They're so ready to get out there and I remember what that felt like [at] 18."
In Lopez's recent residency in Las Vegas, she welcomed her children onstage with her, with the three sharing an adorable three-way hug. The moment was a great illustration of just how much things have changed throughout Lopez's storied career.
"Those little babies who were on this stage when they were seven years old are now seventeen," she said to the audience, emotional.
