Elizabeth Hurley turned heads again in a bold pink gown while being honored for her work in breast cancer awareness. The Austin Powers alum attended the Sunday Times Style Beauty Awards in late September, where she received the Impact Icon of the Year Award for her role as Global Ambassador for Estée Lauder’s Breast Cancer Campaign over the past three decades.
And this time, the Bedazzled star ditched her signature bandage dresses for a daring Barbie-inspired style. Hurley’s hot pink chiffon dress included a dramatic keyhole chest cutout that extended down to her ribs, paired with flared bell sleeves that opened from her upper arms to her wrists.
She completed the ensemble with a boxy handbag and matching lipstick, while her golden-highlighted brunette hair was styled in soft, middle-parted waves with curled layers framing her face. Multi-watt diamond stud earrings added sparkle, and bold black eyeliner with champagne highlighter accentuated her features.
Hurley shared photos from the event on social media, writing, “Thank you so much @theststyle for honoring me at the Sunday Times Style Beauty Awards with the Impact Icon of the Year award. I have been the Global Ambassador for the Estée Lauder Companies Breast Cancer Campaign for 30 years, and this award means the world to us.”
The English actress, 60, who welcomed son Damen with the late Steve Bing in 2002, posed alongside her 23-year-old mini-me, showcasing a playful and glamorous take on dopamine dressing. This look also marked a bold departure from her usual red carpet looks while highlighting her decades-long commitment to breast cancer awareness.
Hurley has been a passionate advocate for breast cancer research and awareness since the early 1990s and served as an ambassador for the French cosmetic brand for three decades. Over that time, she has helped fund research, raise public awareness, and support survivors worldwide. Her work has made her one of the most enduring figures to provide support.
