Pedro Pascal has experienced an unprecedented rise in his career

Paulson is currently promoting her new series, "All's Fair," which has her starring alongside Kim Kardashian, Glenn Close, Naomi Watts, and more. In an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live," Paulson was asked about her friendship with Pascal, specifically about sharing a detail with fans that they'd be surprised to learn.

“He’s a b-tch baby,” said Paulson. “No, I’m kidding.” She then said that Pascal had lot of demands.

"A lot of demands, which he would argue are my demands, and I argue they’re his. We’re like, we’re brother and sister.” When asked who pays for dinner, Paulso was quick with a quip. “He pays for dinner now."

Speaking more sincerely, Paulson shared that while it took Pascal some time to find mainstream success, she always knew the depth of his talent. She said that while his level of fame is hard to imagine for anyone, she wasn't surprised when he was finally discovered by the masses.

“I always knew he was the most talented person I knew. And I knew that if anything was right in the world, that his working life would become this,” she said. “So, it’s not surprising to me from a talent level, but anytime someone has a… that doesn’t really happen that much anymore, where someone like bursts on the scene and has a thing.”

“He’s a real cinephile,” she continued. “That’s something that people would maybe be surprised to know. He knows about more movies than the Letterboxd place that I go to. And he drags me to all the scariest movies that I don’t want to see. So, that’s something he likes to do, is take me to scary movies.”

Pascal and Paulson have been friends for decades

Pascal and Paulson have been friends since they were teens and met in New York, with both of them pursuing careers as actors. Pascal then moved to Los Angeles, with the two continuing to build their friendship despite the distance.

“I came to L.A. for a bit and then went back to New York,” said Pascal in a 2014 Interview story. “Even after going back to New York, we somehow went into chapter two of our friendship that—we attached to each other and haven’t been able to let go.”
