Eight months after welcoming her third child, Gisele Bündchen is glowing and working on her fitness journey. Over the weekend, the 45-year-old supermodel gave fans a rare and intimate glimpse into her family life, sharing an Instagram carousel of her latest family moments and workout routine.
With her signature toned abs on full display, Gisele struck a yoga pose in her home gym, accompanied by her loyal German Shepherd, Alfie, and her newest little love, the baby boy she welcomed in February with partner Joaquim Valente.
The baby’s name remains under wraps, but a source previously told People that his middle name is River. The post captured a series of candid and tender moments, including a photo of her 15-year-old son Benjamin Brady playing the piano with his baby brother perched on his lap, 12-year-old daughter Vivian receiving a kiss on the forehead from mom on a cozy couch, and a fun moment with Valente smiling beside them.
“There’s only one thing more precious than our time... It’s who we choose to spend it with,” Bündchen captioned the slideshow, quoting poet Leo Christopher. This was a rare look inside the personal world of the Brazilian-born model, who has largely kept her new baby out of the public eye.
A new chapter with Joaquim Valente:
Gisele’s journey into motherhood for the third time marks a new chapter following her 2022 divorce from NFL legend Tom Brady, with whom she shares Benjamin and Vivian. Brady, now 48, also has an 18-year-old son, Jack, with actress Bridget Moynahan.
Her relationship with Joaquim Valente, a jiu-jitsu instructor turned partner, began as professional. Bündchen first hired Valente in December 2021 to train her and the kids. By June 2023, their connection reportedly deepened into romance, months after they were first spotted traveling together in Costa Rica.
“This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful,” Gisele said candidly to The New York Times in a 2023 interview, addressing public speculation around the timing.
Gisele's life after welcoming her third baby:
In a May interview with Vogue France, Bündchen opened up about her postpartum life. “Now that my little one is sleeping through the night, I’m back in control of my routine,” she shared. “As any new mom knows, it’s incredible how much sleep — or lack of it — can change everything!”
The model says she feels nothing but gratitude. “Being able to be home with my kids and enjoy every moment with them is priceless.” And when it comes to how she’d spend an ideal day, she said, “Being with my family, especially when we can do outdoor activities together. Spending time with them is what makes me happiest.”
Looking radiant and strong, Gisele’s appearance showcases her disciplined lifestyle. Known for her mostly plant-based diet, the model also embraced sobriety in 2020, a change she credits for improving her clarity and peace of mind.
In August, she posted a bare-faced selfie with her baby and a playful snap riding a golf cart in a bright orange swimsuit. “Thank you, summer, you’ve been so good to us! Obrigada, verão, você foi tão bom conosco,” she wrote.
While she rarely posts about her youngest, the few glimpses, like the one of Benjamin gently introducing his brother to the piano, prove that she is enjoying every moment of her new life chapter.
