Khloé Kardashian and the rest of her sisters always have the world wondering how they maintain their famous curves. The 41-year-old has been in her fitness era for years, and it's clear that she works out hard in the gym. But we've all heard the famous saying, "abs are made in the kitchen."
© @khloekardashianOn Friday, Khloé gave fans a full behind-the-scenes peek at a day on set for her Fabletics shoot. She hopped on the "What I eat in a day" trend, giving fans a play-by-play on the food she put in her mouth, and there was more candy than expected. “First up, hot tamales. A little red dye 40 gets me going,” she laughed, warning that her sister Kourtney might call her for snacking on red dye.
Through four outfit changes and a two-day shoot in a giant airplane hangar, her day was full of snacks and fun. But it’s not all sugar. Koko balanced the sweet with craft service quesadillas, which she called out for looking "questionable," showing herself taking one bite.
She also snacked on jicama and grapes. "I do eat things besides candy, cheese, and tortillas," she said before stuffing her mouth with grapes in a hilarious slow-motion moment.

Later in the shoot, she had a heartier meal, Japanese sweet potatoes, and buffalo cauliflower, which she happily devoured from a glam team member. She also eyed her colleague Ash’s mac and cheese. “If there’s leftover, I will lick that plate,” Koko quipped.
Fans loved her vlog, with people saying they thoroughly enjoyed watching the video. Others were questioning her meal plan, though. "I don’t get it, so you’re showing us that you don’t eat," "Brother, where is the fooooood," and "So you don't eat much is what you're telling us," read some of the concerned comments.
But to be fair, the meal was probably just because she was doing a photoshoot, literally showing off her abs. Koko wouldn't have her muscle mass if she were just snacking on candy all day.

© Patrick McMullanKoko looks incredible, but she has admitted in the past that her weight loss came with some repercussions. She explained earlier this year that she was more confident before she slimmed down.
“The bigger I was, I was way more confident,” Khloe shared. “I think because, like, what are you going to say about me? I know all the things you’re going to say. I would have my days when I would feel low and all of that.”
The fitness queen explained, “It was also a different type of attention I was now receiving. And then once I got a little older, I was like, ‘Wait, this is gross.’ I hated that. And that’s why I was getting more attention because I looked a certain way.”
But at the end of the day, she knows she can't please everyone. “I’ve learned, no matter what, I’m never going to make people happy because I was once bigger, I was thinner, and I had the same amount of people, but from different ends," she said.
