Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are once again trying to sell their lavish Beverly Hills estate — relisting the property in hopes of attracting a buyer.
Just two months after pulling the listing, the now-separated couple has put their 38,000-square-foot mansion back on the market, this time asking $52 million, according to TMZ, which first broke the story.
Lopez and Affleck originally bought the expansive estate in May 2023 for $60.85 million. The luxurious home features a wide range of amenities, including a sports lounge, a full gym, a boxing ring, and courts for basketball and pickleball. The property also comes with a 12-car garage, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, and a separate two-bedroom guardhouse.
The new asking price marks a significant reduction from their previous listing. In July, they were seeking $59.95 million — already a drop from their initial July 2024 asking price of $68 million. The home includes 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.
By May 2024, reports surfaced that the couple had begun living apart. A source told PEOPLE that Affleck moved his belongings out of the house in June while Lopez was traveling in Europe. Initially, the duo tried to sell the estate privately — a common strategy among high-profile celebrities looking to maintain discretion.
Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024, just over two years after the two married in a Las Vegas ceremony in July 2022. They later held a larger celebration in Georgia the following month with friends and family.
When they took the property off the market in July, a source told PEOPLE the two were still making decisions together regarding the home.
“While they've been hoping to sell the property, they've also been hesitant to take a big loss,” a source told PEOPLE. “They lowered the price to get more interest and when this didn't happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together.”
Lopez has since purchased a new $18 million residence in the Los Angeles area as of March 2025, according to property records. Affleck also bought a home — a $20 million property in Brentwood — in July 2024.
