For the occasion, the pair opted for beige tones, with Pinkett-Smith wearing a maxi dress and some sunglasses, while Smith wore khaki pants with a yellow and white polo. He rounded out his look with a cap and was seen carrying Pinkett-Smith's handbag.
The pair was photographed laughing together and looking comfortable with each other. According to the photo agency, the pair spent the day together, carrying out some errands while also stopping for a bite at Nobu, the popular sushi restaurant where a lot of celebrities prefer due to its exclusivity and privacy.
Before this appearance, Smith and Pinkett-Smith had last been seen together in November of last year, grabbing some dinner in Calabasas. The two have been photographed sporadically over the years, with them supporting each other during the important moments of their work and personal lives.
Pinkett-Smith opens up about their relationship
Jada Pinkett-Smith was the first to shed light on her relationship with her husband, revealing in her memoir that the two had been separated for the past seven years.
Still, the couple remains married and doesn't appear to want a divorce. “We’re still figuring it out,” said Pinkett-Smith to PEOPLE in 2023.
“We’ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together. We just got deep love for each other, and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us.”
A source revealed to the outlet that the pair were living apart even though they stay in touch. “Call it what you want. They are living their own lives but haven’t completely severed ties,” they said.
The couple got married in 1996 and got separated in 2016. They share two kids together: Willow and Jaden. Smith also has his son, Trey, from a previous relationship.
