Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are marking a big moment in their daughter True’s life — her first day of second grade.
On Friday, Sept. 5, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum, 41, took to Instagram to share the news that her 7-year-old daughter, whom she co-parents with NBA player Thompson, 34, has officially started her second year of elementary school.
The celebratory photos revealed a festive setup at Kardashian’s home, featuring a large pink decorative book that read “First Day of 2nd Grade,” surrounded by an array of colorful balloons.
"Just like that, my baby is off to 2nd grade," Kardashian captioned the post. "Time is flying faster than I ever imagined — it feels like I blinked and my baby grew up."
True was dressed in her school uniform and posed with her mom in the sweet pictures. Additional snapshots showed her smiling alongside her dad and with her younger brother, 3-year-old Tatum.
"I’m so proud of the respectful, sweet, loving, smart, beautiful girl she is," Kardashian wrote. "But man, this all happens so quickly. In a blink 🥺."
The reality star also included a touching message for her daughter: "Wishing my sweet True endless joy and asking God to watch over her always and forever. My two angels make me melt! Their smiles and bond are everything to me! 💕✨."
Kardashian and Thompson welcomed True in April 2018. They later became parents to son Tatum, born via surrogate in July 2022. Although the couple ended their romantic relationship in June 2021, Kardashian has said they continue to have a "great friendship" while co-parenting.
In addition to True and Tatum, Thompson has two other children: Prince Oliver, 8, with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig, and Theo, 3, with Maralee Nichols. Both parents frequently take to social media to celebrate special moments in their kids’ lives.
