But this summer? It’s a whole new story. The singer also known as the 'Sun of Mexico' is finally enjoying a well-earned change of pace.

Now, the legendary singer is trading stadium lights for Spanish sunsets. Luis Miguel has touched down in Spain to kick off a season of rest, relaxation, and romance with longtime love Paloma Cuevas. The couple plans to spend the summer not just enjoying each other’s company, but also embarking on a jet-setting adventure across multiple destinations around the world.

Spain, a country Luis Miguel has long held close to his heart, marks the start of their August getaway. He’s always had a soft spot for the Spanish public, who welcome him with open arms, but his bond with the country has grown even deeper since falling in love with Paloma, a renowned fashion designer.

Reuniting after some time apart

Luis Miguel’s demanding tour schedule often keeps him on the move, while Paloma, rooted in Spain and devoted to her family. She’s currently focused on caring for her aging parents, who are navigating a fragile health chapter, and on raising her teenage daughters, Paloma and Bianca. For the designer, being present and hands-on in her daughters’ lives has always been a top priority.

The summer isn’t just about the two of them. Luis Miguel and Paloma are also reconnecting with close friends, enjoying relaxed get-togethers with their inner circle. Among them are former soccer star Raúl González and his wife Mamen Sanz, as well as longtime pals Luis Alfonso de Borbón and Margarita Vargas.
