Zendaya and Tom Holland's wedding plans revealed: 'They’re trying to be as private as possible'

Despite their highly anticipated engagement, Zendaya and Tom Holland are taking a patient approach to their wedding planning, according to the actress’s longtime stylist and confidant, Law Roach. 

Speaking to E! News at the Las Culturistas Culture Awards in mid-July 2025, Roach shared an update about the couple's plans. “The process hasn’t even started yet.”

The 29-year-old star is currently immersed in a series of projects, including filming 'Dune: Part Three' in Hungary. “Zendaya is working on so many movies. She’s away doing that. It’s so many movies, so we have time. We have a lot of time,” Roach explained, commenting on the couple’s decision to prioritize their careers before tying the knot.

Zendaya’s plate is undeniably full. Along with Denis Villeneuve’s 'Dune: Part Three,' she’s working on Kristoffer Borgli’s 'The Drama,' DreamWorks’ animated 'Shrek 5,' and the upcoming third season of HBO Max’s 'Euphoria.' 

On top of that, she’s producing and starring as Ronnie Spector in Barry Jenkins’ biopic 'Be My Baby,' inspired by her own memoir.

Tom Holland, 29, is equally busy, teaming up with Austin Butler in the Amazon MGM Studios biopic 'American Speed,' where they play the Whittington Brothers, race car drivers from history.

While fans eagerly await wedding details, Law Roach has said that the event will be intimate and discreet. “She and Tom are super private about their relationship. They’re trying to be as private as possible. There won’t be a Vogue spread or pictures of the wedding,” Roach said in an interview with Complex.

He even hinted that Zendaya’s bridal look will remain a mystery: “It will be a really beautiful dress that no one gets to see.” In fact, Roach teased that the bride would be “a secret bride” when she eventually walks down the aisle.

For now, Zendaya and Tom are content to focus on their career and personal privacy. “They will just enjoy things for now and won’t rush a wedding,” a source told People shortly after the engagement was confirmed. 

Roach shared his excitement about the couple’s future, saying, “I’m really excited because I know that they really love each other and they have for a really long time.”
