Kourtney Kardashian has put an end to ongoing pregnancy speculation after her latest Instagram post drew a wave of comments from fans convinced she’s expecting.
The 46-year-old reality star stirred up chatter when she posted a series of vacation snapshots from her trip to Portofino, Italy, one of which featured her posing in a bikini. The images quickly sparked fan theories about a possible pregnancy. Several followers commented on her appearance, with one asking, “Baby bump?” and another writing, “Pregnant again congratulations.” Others chimed in with certainty, posting remarks like “💯 pregnant,” and “SHES DEFINITELY PREGNANT!😍😍”
In response to the growing speculation, Kardashian took matters into her own hands and addressed the rumors directly. She replied to a comment that read, “You can tell from the bikini reflection photo kourtney is pregnant again,” with a pointed clapback.
“Or breastfeeding, eating gelato, focaccia, pasta, not working out and living my best damn life baby," Kourtney wrote.
Supportive fans quickly rallied around her in the comments section, calling out the body-shaming undertones.
“It’s insulting to say someone is pregnant because of their belly. It’s normal for those over 45,” one fan noted. Another added, “girl You’re living Your best life no need to explain 🤍,” showing support after Kardashian defended herself.
This isn’t the first time the Poosh founder has pushed back against online criticism of her appearance. In April 2024, she shut down an Instagram user who implied a bikini photo her sister, Kim Kardashian, posted of her looked “unflattering.”
“I LOVE this photo!” Kardashian responded. “It is me and my sisters having the best time on a trip with our kids…and the memories to last forever! nd I LOVE this body that gave me my 3 big babies and my little baby boy.”
Kardashian and husband Travis Barker welcomed their son Rocky in November 2023. She is also mom to three children — Mason, 15, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 10 — whom she shares with ex Scott Disick.
Since giving birth to Rocky, the star has been candid about embracing her postpartum body. In a heartfelt Instagram Story last year, she encouraged fellow moms to show compassion toward themselves during the physical transitions of motherhood.
“Your body is beautiful at all stages. During pregnancy as we are glowing and growing, postpartum as we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find hardest as our bodies are still adjusting,” she wrote.
Kourney went on to acknowledge that the challenges of breastfeeding are "a whole other part of it,” and added, “I try to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal.”
