In the candid snaps, Campbell is seen hugging a tree while holding hands with her 23-month-old son, who's dressed in casual shorts and a crisp white top. Her 4-year-old daughter, rocking a white polka-dot set, strolls beside them. "In the woods, hugging trees — surrounded by my heartbeats, my blessings, my children," Campbell captioned the post, sprinkling in a few hearts and a #mumlife hashtag for good measure.
It's not the first time she's given fans a window into her life as a mom. Just last month, Campbell posted another sweet moment: the trio splashing in the ocean, soaking up the sun and waves. "Jumping 7 joyful waves with my two baby loves—my heartbeats, my forever angels. Everything I am, I am for you," she wrote.

In May 2021, she revealed she had welcomed her first child, a daughter, at the age of 51 — a move that sparked headlines around the world. Then, in June 2023, she announced the birth of her son.
"I always knew that one day I would be a mother, but it's the biggest joy I could ever imagine," Campbell shared with British Vogue when she and her daughter graced the cover together. "I'm lucky to have her and I know that." And yes, Campbell waited until she was ready. Back in 2017, she told the Evening Standard, "I think about having children all the time. But now with the way science is, I think I can do it when I want." And so she did it on her own terms, her own timeline, and absolutely her own way.
Naomi told BV her baby “is the biggest blessing I could ever imagine. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done,” describing her as a “good girl” and gushing about their time together. “She sleeps very well, she hardly ever cries and I’m told she’s very alert for her age. She’s just started waving, which is fun. She laughs a lot. She’s almost talking,” adding, “I think she might walk before she crawls. And she’s got six teeth already.”
