In a rare but very on-brand moment, Kris Jenner is looking back (with a snatched jawline) on the cosmetic procedure that helped shape not only her face but arguably the family's billion-dollar beauty empire. Fourteen years ago, long before "skin cycling" and TikTok transparency became a thing, the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch filmed her very first facelift. And now, she's publicly reflecting on that decision with nothing but praise for the surgeon who made it all happen.

On Wednesday, June 4, Dr. Garth Fisher, recently outed as the artist behind Kylie Jenner's not-so-secret breast augmentation, posted a heartfelt thank-you to Kylie after she name-dropped him in a TikTok comment.

The 27-year-old beauty mogul casually spilled the exact specs of her implants (445 cc, moderate profile, silicone, half under the muscle) and finished the note with the same breezy tone she uses when ordering oat milk with her matcha. And in doing so, she also casually pulled Dr. Fisher into a second generation of Kardashian surgery lore.

In the comments of that same post, Kris, now 69, chimed in with her glowing review: "You did my first facelift in 2011… 14 years ago!!! And made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it's like and not be afraid."

Kris went on to call Fisher a "superstar class act" and a "close and treasured friend," proving once again that even in Hollywood, it's not just about who does your face; it's about who you trust with it. The facelift itself was documented on an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," where Kris got emotional pre-surgery and daughter Kim Kardashian, now 44, comforted her with a reassuring, "Don't cry. If you're scared, you don't have to do it."

Fast-forward to 2025, and Kris is back in the headlines again for her appearance, this time while stepping out in Paris for Lauren Sánchez's ultra-glam bachelorette bash. Fans couldn't help but notice that Kris looked amazing.

Several outlets confirmed that her most recent tune-up was handled by Dr. Steven Levine in NYC — a board-certified surgeon with a résumé that includes A-list actors, supermodels, and a little real estate on the Upper East Side.

But while the spotlight recently shifted back to Kris, Kylie's sudden openness on TikTok sent a different kind of ripple through the cosmetic surgery conversation. In a video reply to beauty influencer Rachel Leary, who praised her "perfect natural looking boob job," Kylie dropped the full play-by-play.

Whether it's 2011 or 2025, the Kardashian-Jenners have helped redefine what cosmetic surgery looks like in the public eye. They've pulled back the curtain to normalize conversations around beauty, aging, and autonomy.
