While Marvel fans were still sharing their excitement from an epic surprise at CCXP Mexico, Pedro Pascal quietly turned heads in another corner of Mexico City, this time far from the red carpet, joined by some of his closest friends.
Pedro, who is now officially part of the Marvel Universe as Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, spent his downtime in Mexico with a small group of friends that included Mexican actress Ana de la Reguera and singer-songwriter Omar Apollo.
The trio shared a sweet photo together with Pedro writing, "My Fam," on social media. They were also joined by friends Coco Ullrich and Nicole Caruso for a relaxed night out. A clip shared on Instagram shows Pedro sipping a tamarindo cocktail, clearly enjoying himself, as Ana teases, “I’m going to send this to La Javi,” referring to Pedro’s sister, Javiera Balmaceda.
At one point in the clip, Ana also smiles and declares, that this is her "favorite place." Later that night Omar and Pedro were spotted leaving a hotel room.
Pedro made the most of his time in Mexico, sharing a sweet moment with his friends, while still making a special appearance as part of the promo for his upcoming movie.
Marvel fans at CCXP Mexico were treated to a jaw-dropping moment when the full cast of 'The Fantastic Four: First Steps,' including Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, unexpectedly appeared on the Thunder Stage at Expo CitiBanamex.
The surprise generated massive excitement among the 2,500 fans in attendance. The event included a live chorus performance of the Fantastic Four anthem, and an exclusive first look at Marvel’s latest cinematic universe: a 1960s-inspired retro-futuristic setting where Earth’s survival is on the line.
The upcoming film, directed by Matt Shakman, is one of the most highly anticipated projects of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This time, the group fights against the cosmic force of Galactus, portrayed by Ralph Ineson, and his enigmatic Herald, the Silver Surfer, played by Julia Garner.
