This time, the duo is making headlines from the Spanish island of Mallorca, where they've checked into one of Europe's most exclusive wellness retreats, The Balance Rehab Clinic, which charges up to a jaw-dropping €150,000 per week.

The couple was first spotted on the island last Saturday, casually enjoying what appears to be a retail therapy session in downtown Palma. Only instead of hitting up Louis Vuitton, the pair reportedly wandered into an erotic store and didn't leave empty-handed.

According to shop staff, Kanye and Bianca scooped up around 20 items, including one eyebrow-raising standout: a teddy bear fully decked out in BDSM leather gear. Next on the itinerary, they head to dinner in Cala d'Or and a luxury check-in at The Balance, a wellness center that's part rehab, part five-star hotel, and part ultra-discreet celebrity retreat.

Located in Palma, The Balance promises to be the Rolls-Royce of recovery centers. It specializes in everything from addiction treatment to mental health recovery while maintaining strict confidentiality and luxury hotel vibes. The facility markets itself toward "high performers" who need a private reset. Think serene ocean views, gourmet meals, spa treatments, and on-call psychiatrists.

Among their specialties are alcohol and drug detox, stress and burnout recovery, and personalized trauma therapy, all underpinned by a holistic wellness approach.

So, why are Kanye and Bianca there? That part's unclear. Some sources speculate this is about rest and recalibration, while others whisper about more profound healing.
