Ricky Martin's daughter, Lucía, receives a very expensive and sparkling gift

Ricky Martin is absolutely smitten, and this time, it's not with a chart-topping hit or a sold-out stadium. It's with a dazzling pair of diamonds gifted to his daughter Lucía, who's just shy of turning seven. 

The 53-year-old pop icon gave fans a peek into his very sparkly dad life via Instagram Stories, sharing a sweet moment between him, Lucía, and a little blue box from Tiffany & Co., which contained a stunning pair of round-cut diamond stud earrings fit for the pint-sized queen of the house.

According to the note included with the gift, the gesture was full of love: "Here's a little something for you and Lucía, with much affection," it read. 

Ricky, who's famously private when it comes to his personal life, couldn't help but gush over his youngest child. He's a father of four: three sons and one daughter. Lucía, clearly the apple of his eye, is the only girl in the Martin household.

But she's not just dripping in diamonds, she's also dreaming big.

In an April 2024 interview with Zoe Saldaña for Interview Magazine, Ricky revealed a moment that left him speechless.. While at a routine doctor's visit, the pediatrician asked Lucía what she wanted to be when she grew up. Without missing a beat, she answered: "I want to be a singer." 

"It's incredible," he told Saldaña. "She's only five, and I've always said she's a star. And my ex-husband believes it too."

That ex-husband would be artist Jwan Yosef, with whom Ricky shares his two youngest children: Lucía and Renn. While the couple announced their separation in 2023, they've remained committed co-parents, putting their kids' happiness at the center of everything.

And if you're wondering about the rest of the Martin crew, Ricky's older twin sons, Matteo and Valentino, are now 16 and frequently join him on tour. They've become his globe-trotting sidekicks, helping create even tighter family bonds while hopping from city to city.

Though Ricky has always kept a relatively low profile when it comes to his home life, he occasionally gives fans heart-melting glimpses. Just weeks ago, he shared a candid selfie of himself in the car, taking Renn to school.
