It's not a rumor anymore! Cardi B just made her love life go viral again, and this time, courtside. After months of will-they-won't-they whispers, Grammy-winning rap queen, 32, and NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs, 31, made their first official public appearance as a pair Monday night at Madison Square Garden. The duo arrived hand in hand to watch the New York Knicks take on the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

Dating speculation between the "WAP" rapper and the New England Patriots star has been swirling since October 2024, when E! News first reported on the possible romance. That buzz only grew louder around Valentine's Day, when TMZ dropped pics of the two spotted out together, and HOLA! USA reported their romance after several nightouts.

Still, until now, the pair had only been seen at the same events, never at them together. That changed on May 12 when Cardi and Diggs strolled into MSG like it was the runway of the Met Gala. She stunned in an all-black mini skirt set with long, jet-black hair cascading past her shoulders. He kept it casual with a denim short set.

Knicks Win, and So Does Romance

While the Knicks beat the Celtics 121–113 (taking a commanding 3–1 series lead), fans couldn't stop watching Cardi and Diggs. The pair laughed, whispered, and cheered, with Cardi flashing that unmistakable Bronx-girl smile every time the camera panned their way.

Of course, with Cardi's high-profile breakup from Migos rapper Offset, 33, the public's attention isn't just on her new boo, it's also on the old one.

Cardi and Offset, who married in 2017 and share three children (Kulture, 6, Wave, 3, and their youngest daughter, Blossom, born in September), have had one of the most on-again-off-again relationships in pop culture. She first filed for divorce in 2020 and again in July 2024 after a brief reconciliation.

When footage of Cardi dancing on Diggs in a NYC club surfaced in April, the internet wondered if Offset would throw shade or punches. Instead, his reaction was surprisingly chill. "I'm happy for her!!" he commented under a fan's post that read, "Offset punching air."

What's Next for the Couple?

While no one's confirmed a title just yet (Cardi-Diggs? Steffi B?), this appearance reads like a hard launch without the Instagram carousel.

Whether it's a summer fling or cuffing season preview, Cardi and Diggs have officially entered their courtside couple era. And with both of them known for unpredictability and unfiltered vibes, this might just be the most entertaining team-up since Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift.
