The Ring That Launched a Thousand Tweets

It all started when Zendaya casually showed up to the Golden Globes in January with a sparkly little something on that finger. Fans had questions. The internet had theories. But before we could spiral too far, confirmation came: they're officially engaged.

Then came the behind-the-scenes tea from none other than Tom's dad, Dominic Holland. According to a January 10 post on his Patreon, Tom went full Prince Charming. He bought the ring, asked Zendaya's dad for permission, and planned out every detail of the proposal. 

Wedding Planning? Let's Just Say It's a Slow Burn

Now, before you start refreshing Pinterest for Zendaya's wedding dress inspiration, slow down. The big day isn't happening tomorrow. In fact, stylist and longtime bestie Law Roach just told E! News at the Fashion Trust Awards that this thing is a "2026 situation."

"It's far away," he said, adding that the couple's jam-packed schedules are making it hard to find the right moment. "They're both doing a bunch of movies this year and there's a lot of premieres next year."

But Law confirmed he'd be involved in the wedding, so you already know the fashion will be at the next level. If he styled Zendaya's iconic Cinderella moment at the 2019 Met Gala, imagine what he'll cook up for her actual wedding.

From On-Screen Love Interests to Real-Life Power Couple

While wedding plans are on pause, Zendaya and Tom are still very much a duo in life and work. The couple has not one but two upcoming projects together: "Spider-Man: Brand New Day" and Christopher Nolan's "The Odyssey." 

Zendaya had nothing but praise for Tom in her Vanity Fair interview: "He's so talented and so passionate about what he does… He always gives things one thousand percent."

Tom is clearly just as obsessed with her, calling Zendaya his "saving grace" and joking on the Dish podcast about the perks of working together: "Studios love it—one hotel room!"

So, What Can We Expect From the Wedding?

We don't know where it's happening, when exactly in 2026 it's going down, or what Law's master plan is for Zendaya's dress. But here's what we do know: this wedding will have the whole world spinning.
