Scarlett Johansson is 'invested' in Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco's romance, calls them a 'very cute' couple

Scarlett Johansson seems to approve of Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco's romance. The music producer and the singer recently shared news of their engagement and have worked together on a new musical project. The pair are happier than ever, attending public events together and sharing a glimpse of their relationship.

One of the latest stars to give testament to their love is none other than Scarlett Johansson, who revealed her thoughts about the couple. During her interview with Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, the actress was asked if she heard of "any gossip" during her time at the 2025 Oscars.

Scarlett responded that while she did not "hear anything," she caught a glimpse of Selena and Benny's dynamic. "Well, I'm sitting next to Selena and Benny and I have to say... I'm seeing a lot of very cute, honeymoon-phase cuteness happening," she explained, sharing her approval.

The star previously mentioned their relationships during a different interview on the TODAY show. "I don't know her personally, but I feel like now I'm invested in this," she said, adding that she is "happy" for their union and described them as "so cute."

Selena and Benny's engagement:

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco have openly shared their joy and affection regarding their engagement. In December 2024, Selena announced their engagement on Instagram, captioning a photo of her marquise-cut diamond ring with, "Forever begins now."

Benny responded in the comments, writing, "Hey wait... that's my wife." The music producer expressed his commitment to the singer during a conversation with Interview magazine, admitting he fears she might change her mind about him. 

He confessed, "I'm so scared you're going to wake up and be like, 'What the f--- am I doing with this guy?'" while Selena reassured him, stating, "You're stuck with me."
