Lauren Sanchez: A bridal vision at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party with fiancé Jeff Bezos

Lauren Sanchez looks ready for her wedding. The journalist and pilot attended an Oscars after-party yesterday, accompanied by her fiancé Jeff Bezos. She wore a stunning gown that reminded people of her upcoming nuptials, an event that's likely to be one of the biggest celebrations of the year.

Sanchez and Bezos attended Vanity Fair's Oscar Party, one of the most famous parties hosted to celebrate the conclusion of the awards show and the months-long awards season. 

She wore a white Oscar de la Renta gown with a mermaid skirt, which was accessorized with some feathers. Sanchez rounded out the look with an emerald necklace and had a new hairstyle that consisted of strands of her hair with a lighter shade of brown than she usually sports.

Sanchez styled her hair wavy and let it cover her shoulders and back. In the case of Bezos, he wore a black tux and a cream-colored bow tie, matching the shade of Sanchez's dress.

Sanchez and Bezos shared news of their engagement in 2023. In different interviews, Sanchez has shared her excitement over the engagement, even if she's yet to reveal important details like where the wedding will be hosted and who's in attendance. 

In an interview with Vogue, Sanchez discussed the proposal and how special it was. “When he opened the box, I think I blacked out a bit,” she said, revealing that Bezos proposed while they'd been traveling together. 

She also revealed that they were enjoying and taking their time with the wedding planning process. 

“We’re still thinking about the wedding, what it’s going to be,” she said. “Is it going to be big? Is it going to be overseas? We don’t know yet. We’ve only been engaged five months!”
