Gerard Piqué's move to Miami appears to be in doubt. According to new reports, Shakira denied Piqué's idea to move to Miami and stay with his kids as she tours internationally for "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran Tour," an act that she's repeatedly called the biggest show of her career.
© NurPhotoThe report was shared by the Spanish podcast Mamarazzis, which claims that Pique had initially propositioned the idea to Shakira for him to move to Miami to stay with the kids as she toured internationally.
"The Colombian artist will take her kids with her on tour and she denied, from the start, Pique's proposal," said Lorena Vazquez and Laura Fa, the hosts of the program, in Spanish.
"Pique thought and still believes that his move to Miami would have been the best option for preserving the kids' stability."
Vazquez and Fa claim that the discussions between Pique and Shakira have been tense, with both of them standing their ground. In fact, the reporters claim that those closest to Pique were surprised by Shakira's decision. "They wonder what's going to happen with the boys' school," they said.

Earlier this month, Pique's girlfriend Clara Chia was reportedly upset by Pique's decision to move to Miami. She was photographed in Barcelona, following Pique's trip to the US to visit his children and spend time with them through the weekend, with various reporters claiming that she looked sad and affected by her boyfriend's departure.
Vazquez and Fa share that Pique and Clara Chia remain strong in their relationship, and have experienced no turmoils. They claim that while Pique has been traveling due to family visits, and work commitments with the Kings League, the pair will be reuniting in their hometown of Barcelona soon.
