Adele's career has reached incredible heights in recent years, with her residencies in Las Vegas and Munich solidifying her status as one of the world's most successful artists. Between 2023 and 2024, the British singer delivered breathtaking performances, broke records, and added monumental figures to her fortune.

Adele's "Weekends with Adele" residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas ended in November 2024 after two years of sold-out performances. According to The Mirror and Daily Mail, each show grossed approximately $1.75 million, making it one of the most profitable residencies in history. With this success, Adele's fortune rose to £170 million ($213.4 million) in 2024, an increase from £165 million ($207.1 million) the previous year, as per the Sunday Times Rich List.

Beyond ticket sales, Adele continues to generate substantial income from record sales, royalties, and publishing deals, ensuring a steady stream of revenue years after her latest album release.

 Her Companies' Financial Gains

Adele's companies have also played a significant role in her financial success. In 2023, the accounts of her three firms revealed impressive profits:

  • Melted Stone Publishing Ltd: £13.5 million ($16.9 million)
  • Melted Stone Ltd: £6 million ($7.5 million)
  • A. Adkins Touring Ltd: £42,000 ($52,600)

Together, the firms brought in £7.7 million ($9.6 million) in total profits, showcasing the breadth and sustainability of her music business empire.

Breaking Records in Munich

Adele's success extended beyond Las Vegas. Her residency in Munich broke two world records. Held at the Allianz Arena, it attracted more than 730,000 attendees, setting a record for the largest audience for a residency outside of Las Vegas. Guinness World Records recognized this remarkable achievement.

The show's technical brilliance also earned another world record for featuring the "world's largest continuous LED screen." The cutting-edge visual design and engineering behind this spectacle will be featured in a documentary. While she expressed that she would miss her fans greatly, she also emphasized the importance of savoring the life she has been building, assuring her fans that they would always hold a special place in her heart. "I'm not the most comfortable performer, I know that, but I am very f---ing good at it," the star shared with the crowd. "And I've really enjoyed performing for nearly three now, which is the longest I've ever done and probably the longest I will ever do," she said.

"But after that, I will not see you for an incredibly long time. And I will hold you dear in my heart for that whole length of my break. And I will fantasize about these shows and any shows that I've done over the last three years," she added, visibly moved in tears. At that moment, the singer explained why she decided to retire temporarily from performing.
