Ivanka Trump and her brood appear to be enjoying life post-White House. Since leaving Washington, D.C. and heading south to Florida, the former first daughter and her husband Jared Kushner, who both served as advisers to former President Donald Trump, have been spotted hitting the beach and visiting the Everglades with their kids, Arabella, nine, Joseph, seven, and Theodore, four.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Ivanka and Jared have signed a deal to lease a condo in the luxurious oceanfront Arte, located in Miami’s Surfside neighborhood. Per the outlet, the “deal is thought to be an interim measure while the couple builds a house on a lot they recently purchased on Miami’s Indian Creek Island for $32 million.”

After school on Feb. 9, the mom of three took her kids to a juice and smoothie shop. Ivanka wore a stylish button-front green dress and printed face mask for the outing.

The former first daughter stepped out in a blue midi shirtdress for a visit to the Evergaldes with her husband and their children on Feb. 7. According to the Daily Mail, the family visited Everglades Holiday Park and enjoyed an airboat ride.

The park tweeted a story about the group’s visit writing, “They aren’t real Floridian’s until they’ve been on an airboat tour at Everglades Holiday Park! Ivanka and Jared came to the park with the kids to take one of our ever-popular private airboat tours! #evergladesholidaypark #ivankatrump #jaredkushner.”

A sweet treat! Ivanka, wearing a baby blue cardigan, reportedly by Urban Outfitters, teamed with a pleated skirt, took her children to get ice cream.
