We’re seeing double! On Tuesday, former supermodel Cindy Crawford posted a throwback photo to Instagram wishing her model bestie, Claudia Schiffer a happy 50th birthday.

The throwback photo was from the ‘90s during the former supermodel’s heyday and we couldn’t help but do a double-take. The two women’s teenage daughters look exactly like them in their younger years. It was almost like looking at a picture of Crawford’s 18-year-old daughter, Kaia Gerber, and Schiffer’s almost 15-year-old daughter, Clementine Poppy de Vere Drummond. The post was captioned, “Sending birthday love to you today @claudiaschiffer.” The picture shows a young Schiffer grinning as her pal, Crawford smiles and points at someone out of frame.

Aside from the impeccable genes they inherited from their mothers, Gerber and de Vere Drummond also seem to be taking after their mothers’ modeling footsteps. Gerber has already been busy modeling for a little while now, walking on runways and appearing on the cover of Vogue.

Although de Vere Drummond isn’t modeling just yet, if she decides she wants to, she has her mother’s full support. “If she really wants to do it, I would support her because I only had positive experiences,” Schiffer said in a 2019 InStyle interview. When the 15-year-old is ready, her mom’s closet will also be ready. “I’ve kept everything, really, for my daughters to wear one day. [Clementine] has already started with the ‘90s section,” the 50-year-old former model said in the interview.

Since her modeling days in the ‘90s, Crawford has become an international celebrity. In addition to walking the runways and appearing on covers of magazines, Crawford’s work led her to star in TV and movies. She’s now a savvy businesswoman with various ventures up her sleeve. Crawford is also the mother to Gerber and 21-year-old Presley Walker Gerber, according to DuJour

Schiffer was considered one of the world’s most successful models in the 90s, appearing on the runways for all of the top fashion houses, such as Chanel and Versace, according to Harper’s Bazaar. She has three children, Clementine, 17-year-old Caspar Matthew De Vere Drummond, and 10-year-old Cosima Violet.
