Recently, the congresswoman told followers the secret to the perfect manicure that can even be achieved on the metro on the way home.“Today was so nuts I am having a glass of wine and giving myself a press-on manicure," the 29-year-old 'Powerhouse Latina' captioned. She went on to explain how much she loves them with, "They are not corny anymore!"
