Melania Trump has formed a strong friendship with the royal family. Over the past week, King Charles and Queen Camilla visited the US on a state visit, with Melania sharing some special moments alongside the Queen. In a new clip, she appears to have sent a special message to Kate Middleton and her family.
The King and Queen said goodbye to President Donald Trump and Melania on April 30th. As Melania said goodbye to Camilla, a lip reader interpreted what Melania said.
“Good luck with everything and enjoy yourself," she said, as reported to The Sun. “Send my love to Catherine and William and their children.”
It appears that Melania has a close relationship with Kate Middleton, having a lot of admiration for her after the time the two have spent together. “Melania wants Catherine, in particular, to come,” said a source to The Daily Mail. ”She admires her greatly and would love her to visit.”
Melania and Kate's relationship
Melania and Kate Middleton spent time together during the Trump's state visit to the UK, with the two joining the Chief Scout Dwayne Fields and some kids between the ages of 4 and 6. "The Princess of Wales is absolutely incredible with our young people. I’ve seen her work with them before — she interacts very personably, she loves to exchange stories and she loves to talk to them and hear the same," said a source to PEOPLE.
The experience proved to be a bonding one for the two, cementing a friendship. “Melania was very similar. She was engaging, she asked lots of questions and the young people were willing to talk to her. And they even made some artwork together. It was really great to see and really great to have her to take the message back to the U.S. and what she’s seen us in the U.K. doing," continued the source.
"This is the home of Scouts, and this is where it started, and for her to be able to take back what she experienced here is great. She said she really enjoyed and remarked that some of the artwork took her back to when she was younger.”
