Inigo Middleton is growing up fast! James Middleton took to his Instagram on Friday to share an adorable new video of his son, who turns 2 in September. The video included footage of Inigo trying to push his mom Alizée Thevenet into the water and also hitting her backpack with a stick. In the caption, James called his son "cheeky," which is how Inigo's older cousin Prince Louis has often been described.

"My adventurous (and cheeky) little boy 🏔️ how are you nearly 2 already," James wrote alongside the video. "Everyone says it goes fast…but I didn’t realise it would be this fast 🥹."

One individual mentioned Prince William and Catherine's youngest child in the comments, writing, "I can imagine him and Prince Louis having a very fun mischievous time! 😂👏❤️." Another account commented on the video, "He’s adorable, even when he’s trying to push his beautiful mum into the water! And those cute doggies too, what a lovely family ❤️."

On his Instagram Story, James shared the video and wrote: "Little adventures 🏔️." Before Inigo was born, the James & Ella founder admitted that he could not “wait to have another little human” joining him and Alizée on their adventures.

Inigo is Jame and Alizée's first child. The Princess of Wales' brother and his wife, who wed in 2021, welcomed their son in September of 2023. Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis' little cousin's middle name, Gabriel, is a tribute to Alizée's late father, Jean-Gabriel Thevenet.

"Inigo means fiery, ardent, although he is peaceful now," James wrote in his book Meet Ella: The Dog Who Saved My Life, via HELLO!. "Gabriel is in memory of his grandfather, Alizee's papa. It is a small tribute and we look forward to sharing lots of stories about his French grandad too."

Last year, James revealed to HOLA! USA's sister brand HELLO! that he and Alizée would love to have more children "if we’re fortunate enough to be able to." "Yes – the pitter-patter of two or four feet," the Princess' brother said, smiling. "But who knows which will come first?"

James has previously gushed that fatherhood "unlocks something in your heart that you didn't know was there." He told HELLO!, "No matter how much people say to you about how wonderful it is, or how it will change your life, nothing can ever prepare you for that experience of seeing a little baby that's yours arrive."
