The Wales siblings coordinated in navy for the outing, with George and Louis wearing suits and ties, while Charlotte recycled the tartan coat she wore for Christmas last year. The Princess of Wales was the picture of elegance wearing a magenta coat dress by Emilia Wickstead teamed with a matching hat for the occasion.

On Monday, the royals watched a military procession down The Mall to Buckingham Palace with World War II veterans, during which Louis was spotted adorably dusting his father Prince William's uniform and imitating his older brother by fixing his hair the same way as George. As they arrived at their seats for the procession, George and Charlotte were filmed shaking hands with Bernard Morgan, Ambassador for the Royal British Legion.

The King and Queen then hosted a tea party for veterans and members of the Second World War generation. Prince George, 11, was in attendance for the tea party. The Daily Mail's Rebecca English reported that the Prince and Princess of Wales' firstborn "was very keen to chat to the veterans about tanks and U-boats."

May 8 marks the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe. Commemorations will continue throughout the week with events, including a Service of Thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey on Thursday.

Princess Charlotte's appearance with her family on May 5 came days after her tenth birthday. The Prince and Princess of Wales' daughter turned 10 on May 2. In honor of her birthday, a picture of the young Princess, taken by her mom in Cumbria earlier this year, was released.

The week before Charlotte's big day, another member of the Wales family had a birthday. William and Catherine's youngest child, Louis, celebrated his seventh birthday on April 23. A photo of Louis showing off his missing front teeth, along with a behind-the-scenes video of the picture, was shared at the time.

Monday was a bank holiday in the UK, so George, Charlotte and Louis, who are students at Lambrook School, were all off from school. Last year, Prince William reportedly stressed the importance of his kids' education above their royal duties for now. According to HOLA! USA's sister brand HELLO!, the royal dad of three said, "Family-wise, you'll have to wait a little bit longer because obviously they’re at school and I think that takes priority over everything else."
