Parents' night out! Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi enjoyed an evening at the museum on Thursday. The couple attended Borne's Wonderland Gala held at the V&A (the Victoria and Albert Museum) in London. King Charles' 36-year-old niece looked elegant wearing a cream sequin midi dress from Self Portrait, which featured a round neck with bows and a keyhole.

The Princess has been made patron of Borne, a medical research charity that aims to end premature birth. "The work that Borne is undertaking is something that is incredibly close and personal to me following the recent birth of my daughter," Beatrice said of her role (via The Telegraph). “Every year in the UK, 60,000 babies are delivered too soon, with little information or research as to why this is."

“That is why I am really looking forward to supporting Borne and its programme of groundbreaking research, which I hope will help thousands of parents and children in the future," she added.

The outing on March 6 marked the Princess' first public appearance since welcoming her second child earlier this year. Beatrice and Edo's daughter Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi, who was due in the early spring, was born on Jan. 22.

In a statement on Jan. 29, Buckingham Palace said, "Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter, Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi, born on Wednesday, 22nd January, at 12:57pm, at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London."

"The baby was born weighing 4 pounds and 5 ounces," the palace added. "Their Majesties The King and Queen and other members of The Royal Family have all been informed and are delighted with the news."

The announcement was accompanied by a precious photo of Athena wrapped in a pink blanket, covering her face with one of her hands. The baby, who is eleventh in line to the throne, is Beatrice and Edo's second child. In addition to Athena, the pair share daughter Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi. Edo also has a son, ChristopherWoolf, from a previous relationship.

The dad of three celebrated the birth of his third child, writing on his personal Instagram: "We welcomed Baby Athena into our lives last week. She is tiny and absolutely perfect. We are all (including Wolfie and Sienna) already completely besotted with her. Our hearts are overflowing with love for you, baby Athena. 💕 A massive thank you from my wife and I goes out to all the wonderful staff at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for their exceptional care and support during this incredibly special time. 🙏🏼🩷👼."
