Queen Letizia’s daughters Princesses Leonor and Sofia steal the show in stunning new photos

King Felipe and Queen Letizia look very regal in their gala attire in this beautiful image of the royal couple. The Queen of Spain wore a stunning fuchsia dress by Carolina Herrera with embroidered white flowers detailing and King Felipe showcased his General Captain of the Army uniform.

In the pictures we get a great view of the King’s medals as well as the collar of the distinguised Order of the Golden Fleece.

Queen Letizia chose a stunning Fleur de Lys tiara for the occasion, a beautiful jewel that displays the royal family’s emblem. She also wore the Cartier diamond earrings and twin bracelets that once belonged to Queen Victoria Eugenia, the King’s great-grandmother.

Posing with daughers 14-year-old Leonor and 12-year-old Sofia, and dressed in a more casual attire, the Spanish royals look picture perfect. King Felipe added a touch of color to his smart suit with a green tie, whereas Queen Letizia once again opted for Carolina Herrera, choosing a flattering red long-sleeved dress.

Interestingly, Queen Letizia chose the exact same Carolina Herrera dress, this time in a dark blue for the other set of official portraits.

Princess Leonor, the heir to the throne, looks absolutely stunning in the new images. Dressed in a pale pink dress, the picture appears to have been taken last October, when she wore a very similar outfit for Spain’s Armed Forces Day.

This is the first official portrait of Leonor’s little sister, 12-year-old Sofia and she looks perfect for her debut in a pretty blue tweed dress.

This collection of images include a beautiful portrait of both sisters together, Sofia slightly behind Leonor, looking absolutely adorable under a soft natural light, one of the signatures of photographer Estela de Castro.
