Amanda Serrano’s story is one of success, discipline, and resilience. The Puerto Rican boxer has done what few ever achieve, winning nine world titles across seven weight classes. Her record stands at 47 wins, 31 of them by knockout, with only three losses and one draw.

Born in Carolina, Puerto Rico, and raised in New York, Amanda discovered boxing as a teenager. She often went to a Brooklyn gym where her older sister, Cindy Serrano, trained as a professional boxer. What began as curiosity quickly grew into passion, setting her on the path that would make her one of the most respected champions in the sport.

Her talent was undeniable, and while she tried other combat sports like MMA and jiu-jitsu, it was in boxing where she made her mark. After winning the Staten Island amateur championship, she turned professional without looking back.
In 2022, Amanda became the first woman to headline a boxing card at Madison Square Garden, facing Irish star Katie Taylor. More than 50 million viewers hailed the fight as a landmark moment for women's boxing. Two years later, the rivalry returned to the spotlight in Arlington, Texas, at an event co-organized by Jake Paul and Mike Tyson with Netflix. That fight reached 235.7 million viewing hours, showing that women’s boxing has earned a global audience.

The highly anticipated trilogy fight took place at Madison Square Garden on July 11, 2025. The showdown was for the undisputed super lightweight titles and marks the first all-female boxing main event in MSG’s history.
