Brooks Nader turned a casual lunch outing in Saint-Tropez into a major fashion moment, stepping out in a barely-there black beach dress that made it clear the model wasn't interested in playing it safe.
The 29-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model was photographed heading to lunch at the legendary Club 55 in Saint-Tropez, France, wearing an asymmetrical black dress with an exceptionally high-cut side that appeared to reveal she had skipped underwear.

Nader's black beach dress looked relatively simple from the front, but a change in angle revealed just how daring the design really was.
The asymmetrical mini featured a one-shoulder neckline and loose, draped fabric that fell across her body. On one side, however, the dress opened dramatically over her hip and upper thigh. Based on the photographs, no underwear was visible beneath the revealing design.

The model balanced the skin-baring look with chunky black platform thong sandals, giving the outfit a distinctly '90s feel. Oversized brown-tinted sunglasses added another retro touch, while a curved reddish-brown detail at the shoulder brought an unexpected contrast to the otherwise all-black ensemble.
She kept her jewelry minimal and wore her blonde hair pulled into a high ponytail, an easy beauty choice for a summer afternoon on the French Riviera.
Bright red polish on her fingers and toes supplied the final pop of color.
Brooks Nader's Club 55 lunch look fits her fearless style
A thigh-high opening might be a daring choice for most lunch reservations, but it is increasingly familiar territory for Nader.
She has made sheer fabrics, plunging necklines and revealing silhouettes recurring elements of her personal style. Years before her latest Saint-Tropez appearances, Nader said she was "obsessed" with transparent clothing and explained that criticism of her revealing fashion hadn't convinced her to cover up.
That attitude has followed her straight to the French Riviera.

On another Club 55 outing, she wore a vintage white lace Saint Laurent mini dress and even took the delicate designer piece into the water.
Apparently, a beach cover-up doesn't have to be practical when you're Brooks Nader.

The black dress also arrives after several other headline-making looks from the model.
In July, Nader was photographed at Club 55 wearing a plunging leopard-print playsuit that resulted in an accidental wardrobe malfunction. She later explained that while she deliberately wears sheer clothing, unintended slips are another matter.

From straight on, it reads as a minimalist black mini. From the side, it becomes an entirely different outfit.
The result is very much in keeping with the model's established approach to getting dressed: uncomplicated accessories, plenty of skin and one detail guaranteed to get attention.
Who is Brooks Nader?
Nader first broke through after winning Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's 2019 Swim Search open casting call. She went on to become a regular in the magazine and landed one of its coveted covers in 2023. Sports Illustrated says she has completed seven photo shoots for the publication, including its 60th-anniversary Legends feature in 2024. Her profile has since expanded well beyond modeling.
Nader competed on Season 33 of "Dancing With the Stars" and stars alongside her sisters Mary Holland, Grace Ann and Sarah Jane in the reality series "Love Thy Nader."

For now, however, Saint-Tropez appears to be her runway.
