At the Ulta Beauty grand opening in Mexico City, Shakira proved once again why she’s a style icon who effortlessly blends playful charm with bold sophistication. The Colombian superstar arrived in a pastel pink tweed jumpsuit, giving the look a daring twist.

The jumpsuit featured a belted waist that perfectly accentuated her figure and relaxed, rolled-up sleeves that kept things casual yet chic. But it was the top of the ensemble that stole the show.

Shakira left the top buttons undone, revealing a hot pink lace bra underneath. This unexpected peek of lace injected a sultry edge into the silhouette, elevating the outfit.

Her signature long, voluminous curls, styled with a deep side part, framed her radiant face, glowing with rosy blush and a soft pink lip. Her cohesive pink palette from head to toe captured the playful spirit of the Barbiecore trend, but was infused with Shakira’s unmistakable rocker confidence.

The look was completed with retro-inspired pink sunglasses, adding a touch of vintage glam that tied the whole ensemble together. It was a perfect example of Shakira’s ability to take current trends and make them entirely her own.

This was a surprise appearance, and fans couldn't be more excited. What began as a rumor quickly turned into reality as fans flocked to Plaza Antara from the morning hours, eager to catch a glimpse of Shakira.

The singer arrived to promote her new beauty line and film commercials, fueling excitement with her sudden presence. After helping launch the new Ulta Beauty store with a symbolic button press amid a burst of white and orange confetti, Shakira waved goodbye to her fans and reminded them she’d be at the Estadio GNP Seguros later that evening for the final Mexico City stop of her 'Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour.'

Shakira’s presence in Mexico this year has been nothing short of monumental. Her 'Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran' World Tour shattered records, culminating in a historic 12 sold-out shows at the Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, the highest number of concerts ever held by a single artist at the venue (previously known as Foro Sol).

Drawing crowds of 65,000 each night, she sold a staggering total of 780,000 tickets, surpassing the former record-holder Grupo Firme’s nine shows.

“My last concert in Mexico City. Honestly, 12 concerts at the Estadio GNP, not even in my wildest dreams,” Shakira said emotionally during her final show. “Thank you, because without you, this would not have been possible. This has been a true gift that I will never forget.”

The night was filled with nostalgia, as fans passionately sang along to nearly 30 songs. She also thanked Mexico for its magic. “I want the whole world to know that Mexico is magical.” For the second time during the Mexico leg of the tour, Mexican star Danna joined Shakira onstage to perform the MTV Video Music Award-winning hit “Soltera.”

Since kicking off the Mexican leg of the tour in March with seven shows, demand exploded, prompting Shakira to add five more concerts between August and September. Along the way, she welcomed special guests like Grupo Frontera, Belinda, and Danna, who helped create unforgettable live moments.

By July, Shakira had sold over one million tickets in Mexico alone, a testament to her enduring popularity and the tour’s cultural and economic impact. As the tour nears its end with a final performance scheduled for September 24 in Veracruz, a city Shakira will visit for the first time, the tour solidifies her legacy as a true icon in Latin music.
