Margot Robbie has once again proven she knows how to steal the spotlight, and tonight in London, she lit up the red carpet. Two years post-Barbie mania, the actress and producer made a dazzling return at the London premiere of 'A Big Bold Beautiful Journey,' where she turned heads in a jaw-dropping naked dress from Armani Privé’s Spring/Summer 2025 couture collection.
The gown, sheer, bejeweled, and stunning, was a fitting tribute to the late fashion icon Giorgio Armani, who passed away just last week at 91. From every angle, Robbie shimmered. But it was the back view that delivered the full visual impact.
The see-through gown featured a plunging open back, spaghetti straps that converged in a crystal-studded circle, and sides cut low to leave her skin nearly bare. Underneath, she wore a coordinating silver thong that complemented the intricate beadwork.
The front featured delicate straps, jewel embellishments in paisley and floral patterns, and a figure-hugging silhouette that emphasized Robbie’s toned frame.
She kept her accessories minimal, including diamond earrings, a cocktail ring, silver Aquazzura stiletto sandals, and her engagement ring from husband Tom Ackerley. Her hair was swept up into an elegant and glamorous updo.
Before the red carpet moment, the 35-year-old was spotted on the rooftop of the Corinthia Hotel for a photocall, posing in a powder pink archival ensemble from Thierry Mugler’s Fall 1998 'Lingerie' collection.
The outfit included a high-slit skirt paired with a structured bullet bra, complete with gathered straps and a silver buckle detail. She embraced the look, styling it with a matching wool jacket draped over her arms, nude heels, and her signature fresh-faced makeup.
She and stylist Andrew Mukamal, who masterminded her Barbie press tour wardrobe, seem to be going for modern glam with a vintage twist, as the vintage Mugler set marked her second standout look of the press tour.
While she stole the spotlight at the premiere, her co-star Colin Farrell went for practicality while looking sharp. The actor arrived in a tan trench layered over a classic black suit, perfectly prepped for the drizzly London weather.
