Victoria Beckham made a grand entrance at the Dover Street flagship this week to host a jewelry showcase with longtime friend Isabela Grutman. The fashion designer stole the show and joined the sheer dressing trend in a stunning all-black ensemble.
On Wednesday morning, Victoria welcomed an intimate crowd to her Mayfair boutique for a conversation with Grutman and 72 Magazine’s Sarah Harris. Over carrot juice, Champagne, and yogurt bowls, the trio chatted about fashion and beauty.
Victoria looked stunning in a tailored black blazer layered over a plunging minidress featuring a sheer mesh skirt. She paired the look with pointed stilettos, soft waves, and delicate gold and emerald jewelry, proving once again her impeccable taste for every occasion.
Also in attendance at the London launch was Beckham’s 20-year-old son, Cruz, joined by his girlfriend Jackie Apostel. Cruz sported baggy jeans, red trainers, and a blue Dior button-up shirt. Apostel went casual in a double-denim look.
Meanwhile, Isabela wore a white jumpsuit and gold accessories, while Harris opted for navy wide-leg trousers and towering heels. “My friendship with Victoria is so special because she inspires me so much and she’s my mentor,” Grutman said at the event. “She gives me a lot of confidence to keep pushing.”
Their bond goes back to the early days of the pandemic when their families spent time together in Miami. “The first time I met Isabela, she said she was thinking about going into fashion,” Beckham recalled. “I told her, ‘Absolutely, don’t do it.’ But I wanted to buy jewelry from her — she had so many beautiful pieces on.”
That casual advice turned into a brand. Grutman’s jewelry line, which is full of delicate gold, Colombian emeralds, yellow diamonds, and animal motifs, has been worn by everyone from Hailey Bieber to Serena Williams.
“Animals are a big inspiration for me because I’m Brazilian,” she said. “But I’m also into stones. I always think about ways to enhance their beauty.” The designer’s London pop-up was Beckham’s idea. “It all started because I’m going on my summer trip,” Grutman explained.
“I told Victoria I’d be stopping in London and she had the idea to do something together.” While Beckham insists she hasn’t finalized her summer plans, “I’m still very much focused on work,” she said, preparing her Spring 2026 collection, due to show at Paris Fashion Week.
