She credited her daughter Arabella, 13, for getting the family into jiu-jitsu. “It is good for everyone,” she said, explaining that Jared and their sons Joseph, 11, and Theodore, 8, all train together. “It’s like three-dimensional chess,” Ivanka added.

“I love sports,” she said. “I love surfing, but that's a recent thing. I love racquet sports.” She continued, “I want to exercise every day,” she said. “I want to resistance train. I want to eat well," adding that she has "noticed a massive difference" after getting "stronger" and "leaner."
