After wearing elegant designs by Oscar de la Renta, the Second Lady decided to wear a sapphire dégradé gown at the Commander-in-Chief Ball.

She chose an Oscar de la Renta cashmere pale pink coat for the occasion, paired with a matching scarf and tan gloves. The tea-length coat also featured a belt in the same color. Usha completed the ensemble with a pair of Manolo Blahnik Lina Boots and statement rings.
