Ms. Rachel's YouTube channel is a lifesaver for many parents and caregivers. The multiple-episode show is an interactive, educational haven for little ones, and thanks to its popularity, starting Jan. 27, families will have a new way to enjoy the preschool educator's lessons as Rachel Accurso's beloved videos make their debut on Netflix.

With nearly 13.1 million subscribers on YouTube, Ms. Rachel's channel has become a trusted resource for teaching toddlers and preschoolers foundational skills like letters, numbers, colors, and shapes. Now, Netflix is bringing four curated episodes of Ms. Rachel's most popular content to its streaming platform, enhancing accessibility with subtitles in 33 languages and eliminating the interruptions of YouTube ads.

This milestone aligns perfectly with Accurso's mission of helping children reach critical developmental milestones. "I set out to just try and be helpful and have fun because I love education," Accurso shared with PEOPLE in March 2023. "I'm so passionate about it, and I do think that's contagious... I just want to help people. That is what nourishes my soul."

From YouTube to Netflix: The Journey of Ms. Rachel

Accurso, a former teacher with master's degrees in early childhood development and music education, launched her YouTube channel in 2019 alongside her husband, Aron. The series was initially inspired by their son's speech delay and their desire to provide parents with easy access to research-backed speech therapy tools.

"It makes me teary thinking of the time when he couldn't communicate—you could see the frustration," Accurso told PEOPLE. "Watching your child struggle is the worst feeling, but when parents say our videos help with communication, it's huge. Communication is a right."

Since its creation, Ms. Rachel's channel has grown into a global phenomenon, helping millions of children learn to talk and explore the world around them.

What to Expect from Ms. Rachel on Netflix

The four episodes arriving on Netflix range from 30 to 60 minutes and feature a compilation of fan-favorite lessons:

  • Speech and Toddler Learning: Focused on first words, talking milestones, and phonics.
  • Nursery Rhymes: A singalong session filled with classic songs.
  • Preschool Learning: Highlighting ABCs, numbers, and early academic skills.
  • Fan-Favorite Songs: A celebration of Ms. Rachel's most popular musical moments.

While the Netflix content compiles existing lessons, the platform has confirmed that more episodes will be released later in 2025, though it remains unclear if these will feature new material or additional compilations.

Expanding Ms. Rachel's World Beyond the Screen

Accurso's influence extends far beyond her YouTube and Netflix presence. In partnership with SpinMaster and Melissa & Doug, she launched a toy line in 2024 featuring puzzles, blocks, plush toys, and rattles. "I wanted to design something that grows with a child and inspires imagination and creativity," she told Parents in August 2024.

That same year, Accurso published her first picture book, "Ms. Rachel and the Special Surprise!: Encouraging Speech and Learning Through Play and Music." It became a bestseller, and three more books followed in January 2025, further emphasizing her commitment to promoting language development in young children.

A Growing Legacy

For families who already treasure Ms. Rachel's YouTube channel, the Netflix release offers an exciting new way to access her invaluable content. And for those discovering her for the first time, it's a golden opportunity to explore her engaging, research-driven approach to early education.

All four episodes of Ms. Rachel will be available to stream on Netflix starting Jan. 27, 2025, while her YouTube channel remains free for all.
