COVID-19 has had a big impact on so many different businesses and industries, including Hollywood. Some TV and movie productions have resumed work, including the  Tom Cruise  film ‘Mission: Impossible 7’ and although those returning to work have to obey the COVID-19 protocols, it seems that wasn’t the case on the set of this film.

Tom Cruise is not tolerating those not following CDC guidelines on the set of his movie.

It was reported that Cruise had it out for a few crew members on the set of the seventh installment of the film, which is currently filming in Britain, for not respecting CDC guidelines. It was first reported by The Sun that the 58-year-old actor saw two crew members standing too close to one another while looking at a computer screen. Supposedly he was heard saying to those crew members, “If I see you do it again you’re f—ing gone.”

The ‘Top Gun’ actor didn’t stop there. He went on to preach, “We are the gold standard. They’re back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us. Because they believe in us and what we’re doing. I’m on the phone with every f—ing studio at night, insurance companies, producers, and they’re looking at us and using us to make their movies. We are creating thousands of jobs, you motherf—ers. I don’t ever want to see it again. Ever!,” according to audio obtained by The Sun.

It’s evident in the audio that Cruise has had enough with anyone not obeying the guidelines, especially with the movie industry being closely watched as they’re back to work.

“You can tell it to the people who are losing their f—ing homes because our industry is shut down. It’s not going to put food on their table or pay for their college education. That’s what I sleep with every night – the future of this f—ing industry!” Cruise said. “So I’m sorry, I am beyond your apologies. I have told you, and now I want it, and if you don’t do it, you’re out. We are not shutting this f—ing movie down! Is it understood? If I see it again, you’re f—ing gone.”

The actor went on to threaten crew members who continue to stand too close to another or not obey protocols, that he’ll have them fired.

“Am I clear? Do you understand what I want? Do you understand the responsibility that I have? Because I will deal with your reason, and if you can’t be reasonable and I can’t deal with your logic, you’re fired,” Cruise continued. “That’s it. That is it. I trust you guys to be here.”

As long as everything goes smoothly, ‘Mission: Impossible 7’ is set to come out in theaters November 2021, according to Variety.
