Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's children are all grown up. The pair raised six kids throughout their marriage. Over the past years, the kids have grown up, graduating from college and pursuing their own careers and interests. The family's youngest kids, twins Knox and Vivienne, will be celebrating their 18th birthdays this Sunday.
While very private, like all of the Jolie-Pitt children, Knox and Vivienne have grown up under the spotlight. The two have rarely attended public events, yet they've demonstrated their personality through their interests and some of the comments that Angelina Jolie has made over the past 18 years. Let's have a look at their bond.
Their graduations
This year, Vivienne and Knox graduated from high school, concluding an important chapter in their lives. It's unknown when exactly Vivienne graduated, but Knox made headlines in June at his graduation ceremony. When he took the stage, he promoted his upcoming Muay Thai fight, encouraging his classmates to tune in.
“Tonight, I'm gonna be fighting at Total Sonic Knockout 5 at 12:45 a.m., so catch me,” he said to the audience on a video shared online. “I'm gonna knock ‘em the f--- out!” he said with a smile, prompting laughs from the audience.
Shortly before his graduation ceremony, he and Vivienne were photographed together on their way to a bookstore. As they chatted through their walk, the two showed their distinct fashion styles, with both embracing a relaxed and youthful vibe.
Supporting their mother
Over the years, both Knox and Vivienne have been photographed attending events in support of their mother. The two have attended various of Jolie's movie premieres while also attending as their mother's dates on various occasions. In the case of Knox, he accompanied Jolie at the Governor's Awards in 2024.
Earlier that year, Jolie took her daughter Vivienne to the Tony Awards, where both were in attendance for the Broadway play "The Outsiders," where Jolie served as producer and Vivienne served as a producer's assistant.
Well-defined personal interests
While the siblings have very different interests, they are both very passionate. In the case of Vivienne, she loves theater and was the one who got her mother involved with "The Outsiders."
"Viv is a young artist who focuses her efforts on her support of others," said Jolie in an interview with PEOPLE. "She saw an early workshop a few times and then invited me to it."
Knox is devoted to his Muay Thai training, often photographed in classes, with photos over the years tracking his muscle development. He's participated in numerous competitions, often winning them.
Plans for the future
While it's unknown what the two plan to do with their futures, their 18th birthdays mark the end of an era for the Jolie family. In the past, Angelina has revealed her desire to move out of the US and find a place where she can live more at ease. She has listed her Los Angeles home for sale.
"I am here because I have to be here from a divorce, but as soon as they're 18, I’ll be able to leave," she said in a 2024 interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
We'll have to wait and see if her youngest children plan on following her or if they decide to continue living in Los Angeles.
