According to Page Six, Trump Jr. and Anderson have purchased a lot in West Palm Beach with plans of building an eight-bedroom home.

Sources claim the couple picked a double lot in the Prospect Park neighborhood. While some of the bedrooms will likely house some of Trump's five kids, there are rumors that the couple is ready to start growing their family.

"Both of them have told friends that they plan on having kids together," said a source to The Daily Mail. "I’ve never seen Don so happy on a personal level. It’s pretty clear to those of us who know him well that Bettina is a perfect match for him."

"They both have very laid-back and easy-going personalities that click really well. You can tell that they genuinely love being around each other."

Another source reported at the time that Anderson is excited to have children. "Bettina wants to start her own family, no question about it. She’s really looking forward to that prospect," they said.

A new home in West Palm Beach signals more time for the couple, who are well known in the Palm Beach area, which houses Donald Trump's famous Mar-a-Lago club. Other members of the Trump family have built homes and families in the same area, with Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, living on Indian Creek Island, just north of Miami.

Eric and his wife Lara are based in Jupiter, farther north in the area. Trump Jr used to live in the same area with his ex-partner Kimberly Guilfoyle, with whom he was engaged for a couple of years.

Anderson is a notorious figure in Florida socialite circles

In May of this year, Trump and Anderson got married in the Bahamas, a few days after getting officially married in Florida. The tropical ceremony was private and intimate, with the couple accompanied by their closest family members.

Various members of the Trump family were in attendance, including Trump Jr's daughter Kai, and his siblings, Ivanka, Tiffany, and Eric. The location for the wedding appears to have been chosen due to the couple's relationship with the island.

“Bettina and Don Jr. got married on a glorious day in a place where they often visit," said a source to PEOPLE
