Arnold Schwarzenegger and Heather Milligan had a special date night this week. The couple made a rare appearance together as they went to Nobu, one of the most famous restaurants in Malibu.

Milligan opted for an opposite vibe, wearing an all-white look made up of a jacket, a white top, and some pants. Her hair was styled straight, with her completing the look with some sunglasses.

While Schwarzenegger and Milligan have been dating for years, the couple is pretty discreet, rarely making appearances together.
In previous interviews, Schwarzenegger has discussed how he met Milligan, revealing that the two met after his surgeon recommended a visit to her office as he prepared to star in two action movies.

"And so he says, 'There's only one (person), it's Heather — any athlete, I always send them to her, because she's the only one that really knows what they're talking about.' So I went to her, and then after my therapy was finished, after I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you. And then one thing led to the next.”
“We have so many things in common."
Schwarzenegger has shared that Milligan is very hardworking and driven. “I think the world of her," he said to PEOPLE in 2023. "I love that she’s into working. She's clearly independent. She just is driven as hell."
He was previously married to Maria Shriver, with whom he shares four kids: Katherine, Patrick, Christopher, and Christina. He also has Joseph Baena, from an affair with his housekeeper, Mildred Baena. Schwarzenegger has described his split from Shriver as very challenging. "Eventually, you move on," he said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in 2023. "I have a wonderful girlfriend, Heather Milligan, who is very successful."
