While the world follows her on tour, Rosalía is quietly planning her next big move offstage. The global star is reportedly considering acquiring a luxury property in Madrid, transforming it into her personal creative headquarters in Europe.

According to Diez Minutos, the 1,400-square-meter property is currently under construction and designed by renowned architect Joaquín Torres with his partner, Rafael Llamazares from the studio A-cero.

Insiders note that Rosalia fell in love with the area during a stay last November when she rented an apartment just steps from the current property.

The plan is reportedly to convert the space, originally a street-level commercial unit, into a striking, fully customized triplex. The design emphasizes clean, modern lines, cutting-edge home automation, and top-notch soundproofing, ideal for a musician of her caliber.

A private recording studio will occupy the basement, accessible directly from the residence, allowing Rosalía to centralize her music production in Madrid. Sources confirmed to the publication, “The house would be worth 7 million euros after renovation, not including the recording studio.”

During her stay in the capital, she was seen walking hand-in-hand with French model Loli Bahia, accompanied by friends, including her sister Pili, sparking rumors of a relationship that traces back to a New Year celebration in Rio de Janeiro.

The Madrid triplex, which initially belonged to the Dirección General de Ingeniería y Servicios Aeroespaciales and was later acquired by Torres and his partner through Union Quest Investment SL, was originally intended as two premium apartments. Rosalía’s interest transformed it into a megaluxe triplex, tailored to the artist’s exacting vision.
