Rosalía makes history with first BRIT Award win

Later in the evening, Rosalía won International Artist of the Year, her first BRIT Award. She made history as the first Spanish-language artist to win the category, ahead of nominees including Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, and Lady Gaga.

Rosalía thanked the audience and said she was grateful to be performing at the ceremony. She also spoke about the importance of celebrating different music, cultures and languages, sharing the moment with fellow artists who create music in Spanish.
