Emily Ratajkowski shrugged off the cold for a snow-day outing with her son, Sly, stepping out in low-rise sweatpants and a crop top. The model-actress and her four-year-old spent Monday, January 26, playing outside during New York City’s winter storm.
The Gone Girl actress may have ensured her son, whom she has with ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, was wrapped up in New York City's winter storm as they played outside, but she donned a revealing crop top for their mom-and-son bonding time.
In pictures shared to Instagram, Emily paired her long-sleeved black top with low-rise sweatpants, rolling them down further to show even more of her midriff. She finished the look with a fuzzy hat and red scarf, topping it all with a long black coat.
By contrast, Sly was set for the weather in a pink, green, and red puffer jacket, a matching earflap beanie on top of his long blond locks, and camouflage trousers.
Emily shared a number of photos of herself and Sly walking through a park and posing on a bench, and despite her bare midsection, she even lay down in the snow to create a snow angel. But the pair warmed up afterwards, sitting by a blazing wood fire to thaw out from their fun excursion.
Meanwhile, the 34-year-old star recently told how she loves being "subversive" by refusing to conform to ideas of "what a mom should look like," and she doesn't care what people think of her clothing because only her son's opinion matters.
She told Britain's ELLE magazine, "I think that [fashion] is actually one of the ways I really enjoy being subversive with motherhood. There’s so much around what a mom should look like."
"I know what kind of mom I am, and I only deeply care about my son’s reaction to that," she added. "Anybody else who has opinions about me as a mother because of the way I dress, it’s just so inconsequential."
