Nicola Peltz’s noticeable weight loss has been addressed after fans began commenting on her appearance beneath a recent Instagram post.
According to a source, the “Bates Motel” actress made significant physical changes while preparing for an upcoming film role. The insider told People that Peltz transformed her body through strict training for her part in the ballet movie “Prima.”
“She’s undergone a physical transformation and intense workout regimen for her role in ‘Prima,’ where she portrays a prima ballerina,” the source said in a report published Friday.
Peltz is set to appear in the film alongside Faye Dunaway, Mira Sorvino, and Jack Huston.
Per the movie’s official description, she plays Margo, a “classical ballet dancer” who “sees her world shaken when modern changes threaten her company’s tradition, leading her to question the true cost of absolute dedication to art.”
The 31-year-old’s slimmer figure drew attention after she posted photos from a romantic vacation with her husband, Brooklyn Beckham.
The getaway followed a wave of public attention surrounding Brooklyn and Peltz after he publicly criticized his parents, Victoria and David Beckham, on social media.
In a lengthy post, the 26-year-old chef accused his parents of “constantly” disrespecting Peltz, spreading “countless lies,” and attempting “endlessly to ruin” their marriage.
He also alleged that his mother, who has reportedly had a strained relationship with Peltz, backed out of designing her wedding dress at the last minute, forcing the actress to look for an alternative.
Additionally, Brooklyn claimed the former Spice Girl danced “very inappropriately” with him at their 2022 Palm Beach wedding, leaving him feeling “humiliated” and “uncomfortable.”
He concluded by telling followers that he has no interest in repairing his relationship with his parents.
