Kylie Jenner is in her DIY era. The businesswoman has the world of celebrity makeup artists at her fingertips, but last night for the Critics Choice Awards, the 28-year-old took the makeup brushes into her own hands.
Kylie was at the awards show as her partner, Timothée Chalamet's date, where he took home the trophy for best actor for Marty Supreme. The billionaire took to Instagram to share humble at-home pictures where she revealed her gown was a 1996 Gianna Versace, "makeup by meeeee," she added.
Timothée Chalamet thanks his partner
After Chalamet's big win, he took the stage for his thank-you speech, which ended up going viral after he referred to Kylie as his "partner of three years," not saying her name.
"Lastly, I'll just say, thank you to my partner of three years, thank you for our foundation," he said. "I love you. I couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart." The camera panned to Jenner, who mouthed back, "I love you, too."
His shoutout was sweet but confusing to some, like Amanda Seyfried, who commented on an Instagram post of his speech, "OH, not like a foundation/charity, I was curious about that."
Shutting down the rumors
His speech, and recent rap, feels like a strong message to the public when it comes to the status of their relationship and the headlines they were making, saying otherwise.
The couple has moved quietly over the past three years, keeping their vacations, dates, and love private. They don't share photos together on social media, and barely interact with each other's posts. They are so private that they've sparked breakup rumors several times.
After she appeared to ring in her birthday in August without him, internet detectives started spreading the speculation that there was trouble in paradise. An insider eventually shut it down. "They haven’t seen each other for a few weeks only because Timothée’s been filming ‘Dune’ in a studio in Budapest," the source explained.
What's next for the couple?
After going strong for three years, fans are asking, "What's next?" The Kardashian/Jenner clan has already included him as part of the family, even including his name on the family gingerbread house, which didn't include Scott Disick, Travis Scott, or Caitlyn Jenner's name.
As for whether we will ever see them walk down the aisle or have kids together, only time will tell.
Kylie is already the mother to Stormi, 7, and Aire, 3, whom she shares with ex Scott. The Willy Wonka star, on the other hand, does not have children, but has spent time with them, with a source telling Entertainment Tonight he is "so great" with them. They also claimed Kylie has "told her closest friends that she would love to have another baby with him someday."
