The 54-year-old actor and the 47-year-old model jetted out to the island in the run-up to New Year’s Day, and they spent several days relaxing by the water. On December 28th, the couple, who met at a press junket in New York in 2001, were snapped wearing festive swimwear as they walked back toward shore.
Mark Wahlberg donned small red shorts, while Rhea sported a skimpy, tight green bikini.
In the days that followed, the Ted actor opted for a pair of light-colored plaid trunks. On December 30, he chose light blue trunks as the couple enjoyed another beach day, with Rhea selecting a sexy pink one-piece for a cheeky dip.
The blonde beauty, who shares daughters Ella, 22, and Grace, 15, as well as sons Michael, 19, and Brendan, 17, with Mark, also shared a few selfies from their lavish vacation on her Instagram account.
In one photo, Rhea showed off her curled locks, captioning the post: “Island hair.” Mark was clearly in awe of his spouse, as The Family Plan actor left two posts - back to back. One with 😍 heart-eyes and another with several emojis: "🙌❤️🙌".
Wahlberg and Durham were also seen in the ocean, with the actor supporting his wife as she floated in the water. The pair stayed close, sharing affectionate moments as they soaked up the sun.
After spending time on the shore, the couple stepped away from the beach and were later spotted, both wearing white, exploring the town.
His beach body physique comes as no surprise, as Wahlberg is known for his dedication to fitness. The actor has shared with his followers how he starts his morning routine at 4 a.m. with food, prayers, and reflections before heading to the gym.
He has admitted he struggles with thoughts of skipping workouts “almost every day,” but he pushes through because he knows he will feel worse if he doesn’t. In fact, even during this vacation, the actor, posted that he continued to wake up at 4am to work out and pray.
In September 2025, the Uncharted actor told People, “I know what the feeling is going to be like after. That’s hard to duplicate. If I cut corners, then I can’t be at my best. Everything that I’ve done, that I’ve been successful at, is done by doing the work.”
Wahlberg also encourages others to work out daily, even if it’s for a brief time. “I encourage everybody, even if you just work out for 10 minutes, you’re going to feel better,” he said. “We’re all very fortunate and blessed. You want to live as long as possible. You want to be able to move, and certainly, you've got to do it.”
