Jessica Alba and Cash Warren's oldest daughter, Honor, has grown up right before our eyes. The 17-year-old high school senior will soon finish her last year before embarking on her next journey. After growing up in Los Angeles, it has been revealed that Honor will be packing up and moving to New Haven, Connecticut, to attend one of the world's most prestigious Universities, Yale.
The celebrity kids' college plans were revealed last week from her private high school, Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences' Instagram account dedicated to sharing where the kids were committing.
They shared a baby photo of Honor, writing in the caption, "Honor is headed to Yale University!! We are so proud of Honor, and it’s an HONOR to send her off." "GO BULLDOGS," they concluded, supporting her future mascot.
Yale is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious universities in the U.S. and the world, with fierce competition.
Her parents have not yet confirmed the news, and it's unclear if they would have wanted the public to even find out where she was attending school.
Most of Honor's life has been private, but in 2024, the mom of 3 did share rare insight into their relationship. She told Real Simple they were arguing "all the time" when she was 11 about "dumb stuff" before she got them in therapy.
“I was like, ‘I don’t want to live like this. I didn’t want us to have a wedge between us," she said. “As her mother, when I say something, she’s going to hear it as an argument or as me trying to control her. I wanted there to be someone who could explain things in a way I couldn’t,”
Alba, who admitted she wasn't perfect, continued. “What I said to Honor was, ‘I want to be a better parent to you, and this is your forum to basically talk about everything that gets on your nerves that I do.'”
A big year for the Warren-Alba family
The exciting news comes after a rollercoaster year full of headlines surrounding Jessica and Cash. The Fantastic Four star announced their separation in a January 16 Instagram post. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years, and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals," she wrote.
Alba filed for divorce on February 7th after nearly 17 years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences." She requested joint physical and legal custody. “We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority, and we request privacy at this time," the actress continued.
Any other details were kept private, and they seemed to have one of the smoother and more amicable celebrity divorces. They've also been coparenting, reuniting in Easter, and in October to support Honor at a tennis match.
Meanwhile, they've both begun dating again. Alba has been happily dating Danny Ramires, while Warren has been spotted on multiple dates..
