Christmas gifts have already arrived at Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez’s home, although in their case, they don’t fit under the tree. The Al-Nassr player and the model have expanded their real estate portfolio with two properties that strengthen their ties to Saudi Arabia, where they settled three years ago.
The couple, who are counting the months until their wedding, have acquired two exclusive villas on the shores of the Red Sea, and here are all the details.
Cristiano explained that The Red Sea is a "truly extraordinary place," adding that after their visit, they felt a "connection" with the island and its natural beauty.
"It’s a place where we feel at peace," he said, revealing that now that they have a home there, they can enjoy "quality time with family" in complete privacy and serenity whenever they want. The pair chose two exclusive homes inspired by the Arab tradition of gathering at home to share stories.
Cristiano and Georgina’s Red Sea home:
The couple has become owners of Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence, a pioneering destination for regenerative tourism. The homes are part of The Red Sea Residences’ ultra-luxury collection, one of the most exclusive island retreats in the world.
The development includes 19 private villas built on white sand, 26 kilometers from the mainland, surrounded by crystal-clear waters in a pristine natural environment. Access is only possible by chartered boat or seaplane.
One villa has three bedrooms, while the other has two. Both feature private pools, panoramic views, direct sea access, and telescopes on every deck to admire the area’s breathtaking starry skies, a hallmark of the region.
They are part of the private island of Ummahat, one of the most remote and protected in the world, surrounded by reefs. It’s a paradise for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts, with dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays, and Napoleon fish in the waters.
The architectural design is by Foster and Partners, the studio founded by Norman Foster, inspired by seashells for the structures, while natural materials are used throughout the interiors.
Cristiano and Georgina have reached the top and have everything at their fingertips, but they never forget their humble origins, knowing what it’s like to have nothing, as she recently told Elle Spain during an interview.
They want Cris Jr, Eva, Mateo, Alana Martina, and Bella Esmeralda to understand that the privileges they are growing up with are not gifts or lucky breaks, but the result of their parents’ hard work.
"They are polite, responsible, and work hard at school and in their activities; above all, they persevere in their dreams. We remind them of the importance of being fighters and, especially, good people," the model said.
Their highly anticipated wedding:
Building a large family is a dream come true for Cristiano and Georgina, who are preparing for another exciting chapter in their love story, their wedding.
Ten years after meeting in the store where she worked as a sales assistant, they are set to say “I do.” Last summer, the player proposed to the love of his life with a ring so stunning that it even surprised Georgina herself. "It took me a long time to process the tremendous stone he gave me," she said.
It’s known that it will be an intimate celebration, as they have confirmed, though they have chosen not to reveal further details.
Portuguese media reports that the couple plans to marry after the 2026 World Cup, which will take place from June 11 to July 19 in Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
The chosen location is reportedly Madeira, the footballer’s birthplace. They are considering the Funchal Cathedral as the setting, as both have deep religious beliefs, with the reception and party held at a luxury hotel in the area.
